• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Refunds are only available before any work has begun. Once work has started, we cannot issue refunds.
• If you are not satisfied with the completed work, you must contact us in writing at taxleagues@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving the final product.
• We will review your concern and, at our discretion, may offer one of the following remedies:
• A revision or redo of the work,
• A credit toward a future service, or
• Another resolution determined on a case-by-case basis.
• Labor or project work (including policy writing, tax document preparation, and consulting services) cannot be refunded once completed.
We make every effort to ensure our clients are happy with their results, but by purchasing services, you acknowledge that all professional labor and time spent on your project hold value, even if outcomes differ from expectations.
